Now, I’m not talking about training through physically damaging pain – I don’t want any lawsuits! Mmmkay!?
I’m talking about training through the pain of feeling less than what you are because of your weight.
I’m talking about training through the pain of “fat” days and having few clothes that actually fit your body correctly.
I’m talking about training through the pain of ALL THE NEGATIVE THOUGHTS THAT HAVE COME YOUR WAY BECAUSE OF YOUR WEIGHT.
I’m talking about training through the pain of putting everyone else before yourself and becoming last on your list – or even forgotten.
I’m talking about training through the pain of realizing that you ARE SOMEBODY and DESERVE TO BE HAPPY IN A HEALTHY BODY!
I’m talking about training through the pain of SUPRISING YOURSELF OF WHAT YOU ARE ACTUALLY CAPABLE OF!
I’M TALKING ABOUT TRAINING THROUGH THE PAIN OF YOUR LIFE AND TAKING CHARGE OF YOUR BODY AND SHOWING THE WORLD THAT ANYTHING IN THIS LIFE IS POSSIBLE – IF YOU BELIEVE IN YOURSELF.
Simply put:
You train through all the emotional pain that has been building over the years and use it as fuel to your success. You push yourself beyond your comfort levels while shouting at your negative obstacles to BITE YOUR ASS because you WILL NOT FAIL! You train because NONE OF YOUR EXCUSES ARE GOOD ENOUGH TO COME BETWEEN YOU AND YOUR HAPPINESS.
Again, it doesn’t matter how you train (workout) – you just do it!
…because you ARE worth it…
My body is not “my” perfect (yet!) – My mind is not “my” perfect (yet!) - But I am happy…
You might not know this, but I am called the Drill Sergeant because:
I accept NO excuses.
I push beyond your comfort zones – no lazy asses around me – because I know you are capable of doing so much more than you allow yourself to experience!
I KNOW that inside each and every one of us is a person that deserves to be, have, and do EVERYTHING they desire in this life.
I KNOW that it is possible – so no doubts are allowed to be expressed inside or out!
You may hate me, but I promise that if you will get off your ass and start training in some way – you will love the results!
Start small if you have too - walk around your house or your backyard and mark the fence everytime you complete a circle! Hell walk around your living room! Move all the furniture to the middle, then walk around it 20 times and move it back! You get CARDIO AND RESISTANCE TRAINING!
What I'm trying to convey is that training/workouts don't have to be drastic - you just simply start!
I wish nothing but the most successful results for you all while you train/workout! You can have the body and the health of your dreams if you so choose.
Do it for yourself - Do it for your happiness - Do it because you want to experience only the best in this ONE LIFE that you have been given - Do it because you CAN!!!!!
