Days 261-266 "here we go:"

Well let me begin by saying that “I missed you guys! “

And follow up with “house hunting sucks big bleeping, bleeping bleeps!”

It seems that the only thing that Mr. Strong and I agree on is that we disagree! OMG I should have gotten my blog therapy in yesterday, because I just found the PERFECT house and well, the price tag is NOT perfect! So, I am sitting here in dream land with tears in my eyes, cussing the lottery gods.

*sigh*

*sniffle*

*sniffle*

It’s been very busy here at work – so busy that I will have to forgo the Mardi Gras shoot in Louisiana this weekend.

*sniffle*

*sniffle*

Aside from the above me working my assets off and not being able to afford the house I want…tear…I would like to share with you a conversation my family had on Monday night at dinner.

Picture this: we are sitting in a restaurant and Doodlebug for the first time ordered a corndog to eat. He takes the breading off and begins eating the wiener. After a few minutes, he begins to poke and cut and destroy the wiener….

Okay here we go:

Me: “Doodlebug! Quit playing with your weenie!” (meaning the CORNDOG!)

Kitty and Kiki: Spewed food and drink out of their mouth because I didn’t realize what I had just said!

Kitty: “OMG I can’t believe that you just said that out loud in a restaurant!

Kiki: “Mom!”

Mr Strong: picks up a piece of the wiener and throws it at Kiki – “ohhhh – right in the face!”

Kitty: is uncontrollably laughing

Kiki: picks up some food and throws it at Mr. Strong – “there! Take that!”

Doodlebug: trying to figure out what he can throw while laughing and jumping on the chair.

Mr. Strong: “that won’t be the last time you get hit in the face with a wiener!”

ME: open mouthed and shaking my head, staring at Mr. Strong…

Kiki: “I know, because you and Kitty are always throwing stuff at me!”

Me: still shaking my head and kicking Mr. Strong under the table (he looked at me and said "I didn't mean it like that!")

I guess I had unconcsiously had my mind in the gutter! Shish!

Then everyone settled down because our waitress came over.

Yep, that’s my family!

That’s all I have for today, because I have run out of time!

May you all be blessed and prepared to receive all the positive energy that I am sending your way!

MUAH!
